Adults have it easy: The USDA put out those nifty MyPyramid food guidelines a few years back, and we had cut-and-dried food groups before that. But for babies and toddlers, the recommendations can be hard to nail down. Here’s what you should shoot for when feeding your child through his or her second birthday.

We don’t know who he’s voting for, but Michael Strahan appeared undecided as he carried four Romney and four Obama coffee cups back to the “Live! withKelly and Michael” staff Thursday morning. (7-Eleven lets customers pick their cups as part of a 7-Election Presidential Coffee Cup Poll promotion.) Should “LIVE” staffers need sweetener, Strahan’s lovely wife, Nicole Murphy, was walking alongside him.
